Shout 85258 is a free, confidential 24/7 text messaging support service for anyone who is struggling to cope.You simply text “shout” to 85258 and then you will be connected with a trained individual who will help you to reach a calmer, asfer place and think about where you can get future and on-goin support should you need it.
