Dear HTMC patients

It is with sadness that I am writing to tell you I am leaving.

The years since I first came to work as a GP partner in Hyde in 1997 have flown by and it has been a pleasure to work here. I will continue to work in my cancer lead role and also with our local PCN doing GP work and supporting the dermatology services.

I am leaving you in the very able hands of my lovely GP partners, nurses, Sam, Simon, Tom and the trainees, Olwyn, Rachel and our amazing team at reception and behind the scenes as well as all the local network team of complex care  nurses, MSK, mental health , paramedics and wellbeing support. This is a good practice and ready to take on the challenges of an evolving health service.

Primary care (GP!) is such a big, exciting, growing world and there have never been so many folk working to support us physically, mentally and socially to keep well and try to avoid hospitals!

It has been a rewarding and happy time being your GP – please be good and look after yourselves! See you around no doubt

Lots of love

Dr Lisa Gutteridge
